Now that we have the factoids out of the way… On this journey of life, sharing my existence with God’s wonderful creation, there is nothing that thrills my heart more than knowing that my moments drip with purpose and destiny. Oh sure, there are the dull and uninteresting tasks that we all have to do, but mixed up in there with all the ‘have-to’ there is a wealth of ‘get-to’ that drives my being. After my husband whispers, “I love you,” in my ear I awake to the joy of learning with my children. Their light and curiosity never cease to amaze me. Everything we do is bi-lingual: speaking, reading, shopping, worshiping God, playing, and being friends. Spanglish is commonly heard drifting around our rooms. The work we do is extremely demanding; but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My husband the planter has raised a church, a bible school network, a publishing house, an international office servicing Christian leaders as well as the orphanage. Never a dull moment! The part I play is to create a home that is an oasis. I also write, teach, and help out where an extra hand is needed. I would hate to lead you astray by thinking that I am some kind of super woman, not at all! None of this would be a reality if it were not for the people that immensely enrich our lives. Family that love us. Team members that work so hard. Supporters who pray, give and help. Leaders that draw the best out of us. And friends that bolster our courage and help us to press on. And none of this is worth mentioning if it were not to give supreme honor and praise to the Most High God, Maker and Creator of each of us. To God be the glory forever and ever. Amen!

This site serves as a glimpse into our journey. This road of life has many twists and turns, that is what makes it an adventure. At times there are detours and pot holes, these are times for learning and growth. On the highway there are many other fascinating travelers, these are the precious people in my life. Wherever this path is taking me I am assured that God is my guide. He leads me, this is ultimate sufficiency for me. Thanks for riding shotgun and reading along.
