Now, on with the crunchy, munchy, mixed-up life I lead…
- November was ‘crazy’ busy
- Let’s see if I can remember all the highlights
- Climbed a mountain
- Served a Thanksgiving feast for 30 people
- Invited 2 new missionaries to work with us
- They made a commitment for 3 years of service (hurry back guys! they are raising funds in the States now)
- Celebrated 13 years of marriage
- Kids finished school
- Wrote a book
- Took on a new position at the House of Dreams (what would you call me? really, I don’t know)
- Moved the House of Dreams (more to come about this at the H.O.D. blog)… could NOT have done it without the the team of 50 volunteers sweating, lifting, driving, packing, cleaning, callousing, caring for kids, fixing stuff, getting sun burns, getting cold soda for everyone, etc. …
- Got a new baby at the House of Dreams
- Discovered a cool new park for my kids to swim at
- Rejoiced at the beginning of the rainy season
Makes me wonder what December has in store. Here is a verse I memorized when I was in Junior High. It is appropriate right now.
And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry. (1 Timothy 1:12)

Hopefully you’ll be able to kick back just a tad and enjoy the Holy Day season this month! But whew, just reading that list made me want to take a nap!
Big, big hugs!
Holy busyness, batman! May December bring peace and expectancy during the season of Advent.
Wow! Those are amazing achievements! I had to smile, somewhere down the list, after a whole bunch of other things -’wrote a book’ – that all by itself blows me away, ha, ha!
Well done, @ngie, it sounds like you had a great month
November always seems to be crazy busy for me! You have accomplished a lot this month, Angie. Time to put your feet up and soak it in?
