Mo – I would be pretty impressed if I ran these every morning, too, but I only do them for recreation every once in a while and then it is only walking, not running.

Julie – I am impressed. Adventure racing sounds exciting!

SSBBBFF – 8,500 feet (2,590.8 meters). You definitely feel it your first days here.

Libby – You are close… 1,400 stairs.

Alece – It is breathtaking (in more ways than one).

Danielle – No . We run at a park near my house 3 or 4 mornings a week. This is an occasional fun recreational activity.

Birgit – Thank you! I thought that these were symbolic photos. At the top of the stairs is a huge statue of Christ. The sun is like His presence. We go ‘up’ when we spend time with Him. As we are full of who He is we go ‘down’ to the people in the city and take His light to them.
