He's Back

by @ngie on September 24, 2008

DaRonn came back late last night after eight days in Mar del Plata, Argentina doing a pastors conference. I could hardly stop hugging him! He had a great trip. He also brought back some great gifts for the family including a bowling ball for himself and running shoes for me. The stuff is fluff, nice happy fluff but fluff nonetheless. The thing that is most important is that he is back in my arms.

In other news…

  • My sister had her baby yesterday. Their second, another girl. So happy for them!
  • According to those that responded on the previous post readership comes from every inhabited continent on this planet.
  • Tomorrow, Thursday, I plan on starting another game of ‘Interrogative’. Those that weren’t able to get in on the fun last week be sure to check back. Those that did play I am looking forward to seeing you again.

What do you say? Keep the signature on all my posts or skip it?

Signature? … cute. :)

Ummm… Oh, yeah for DaRonn being home!! I know I’m not as excited as you, but … I’m rejoicing with you. :D

Hey … wordpress question: the pages that you have at the top of your blog (Home, Rides, Trailblazers, etc). Are those automatic or do you create them? I’m experimenting with my wordpress account … trying to figure it out.

@Alece – Thanks!

@Carin – Looks like that is the general consensus.

@Danielle – Sounds like a good way to make a decision.

@Ellie – Welcome! Cheery is good.

@Sheep – I think I will

@Anita la exploradora – Thanks for being happy with me. :-) The pages are easy to make: –> dashboard –> write –> page. You can make the page public or private. It is one of the most wonderful features of WordPress. My Honk page was created by the same process and then choosing ‘page template’ (contact form). Cool beans. :-)

@Michelle – yes, it is hard to let go.

@Libby – Personal touch is good. :-)

That’s great that DaRonn’s home. Seeing each other again after time apart is the best thing.

That’s lovely that your sister has had another baby girl and that you’re an aunt again.

I forgot to mentioned that I loved seeing the pictures of your new little niece. (I’m still subscribed to the family site…so I saw her cuteness there). (Totally loved the story about Kent and his Bocce too! The part about him running especially for the camera just made me chuckle!! I bet he’s a hoot to hang around!)
